Take your climbing to new heights with our Adult Improvers Friday Night sessions at Eden Rock Bouldering. Covering various topics of technique and climbing movement. Join us every Friday from 7:30pm to 9:00pm and start reaching your climbing goals. Fridays (£5 with an experinced climbing instructor)* 12/04 - Agility, balance & coordination - Beginner 19/04 - Movement skills - Beginner 26/04 - Economy of movement - Beginner 03/05 - Footwork & technique - Beginner 10/05 - Intermediate technique - Intermediate 17/05 - Route reading - Intermediate 24/05 - Building strength - Intermediate 31/05 - Static stretching for climbers - Any level 07/06 - Dynamic movement and coordination - Intermediate/Advanced 14/06 - Fun Climbing (free) - Any level *Please note, the cost per session is additional to regular entry fee

Cancellation Policy

Where cancellation takes place 14 days or more prior to the date of your booking, a full refund will be given. Where cancellation takes place between 7 and 14 day prior to the date of your booking 50% of your total booking fee will be forfeited. Where cancellation takes place less than 7 days prior to the date of your booking, 100% of your total booking fee will be forfeited.
